Payment

Payment can be made in cash, by cheque, Bank Transfer or via PayPal. 

Please e-mail me to discuss any art work you are interested in and further purchase details/information. 

If a purchase is made on site in the Studio, it is possible to take card payment

Payment Plans

If you would like to buy an art work, but can't afford the total in one payment, it is possible to arrange a mutually convenient payment plan.

This would be a regular payment over an agreed period of time.  Once payment is complete then the art work will be shipped or ready to collect.

​Delivery Policy

​1. General Information

     Postage will be by 2nd class Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated and/or arranged with the customer.

2. Delivery Location

    Shipping is included on UK addresses only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Time.

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.  Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance      and approval of your order.

    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, every effort is made to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order.  Business days are Monday to Friday, except            holidays.

    Please note there is no shipping on Sundays

    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier or shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. 

    Products may also be delivered in separate shipments, but every effort will be made to deliver separate items at the same time.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item;

​Return Postage for items is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is damaged, it would be much appreciated if the customer could contact info@atelierantras.co.uk as soon as possible after receipt of the item to arrange refund, replacement, repair etc..

Workshops

Refunds will be given if  the Workshop has to be cancelled by Atelier Antras.  

In the event of not being able to make a Workshop once it has been booked & paid for,  places can be transferred to the next available workshop or to another person; please contact Atelier Antras with the change of details.​

Any personal information collected will be used purely for the purposes of sharing information about Atelier Antras activities with you, and/or purchasing workshop attendance or art works.
